A tool I built to solve a real problem

Not every
role is worth
your time.

ITTO is a job fit evaluator for PMs. Paste a job description, describe your experience — the tool reads both and tells you honestly whether this role is a genuine fit, a stretch worth taking, or a step in the wrong direction. No optimism. No hedging.

Why it exists
Most PMs apply to roles they're vaguely interested in.
Not roles that are genuinely right for them.
The job description says "5–8 years experience in product." You have 7. You apply. Two rounds later, you find out they wanted someone who's shipped a consumer app at scale, speaks fluent growth metrics, and has managed a team of 10. None of that was in the JD. ITTO reads the role properly — the way a hiring manager reads it — and tells you what it actually requires before you invest the time.
How it works — hover or tap each card
01
Paste the job description.
Tap or hover →
Input 1
The full JD — title, responsibilities, requirements. The more complete it is, the sharper the analysis. ITTO reads between the lines, not just the bullet points.
02
Describe your experience honestly.
Tap or hover →
Input 2
Not a polished summary — a real account. What you've built, what you've managed, what you've struggled with. The tool is only as honest as the input you give it.
03
Pass 1: extract what the role actually wants.
Tap or hover →
First Claude pass
Claude reads the JD and extracts the real requirements — stated and unstated. What level of ownership is implied? What domain depth is assumed? What's listed as "nice to have" but actually mandatory?
04
Pass 2: score fit across five dimensions.
Tap or hover →
Second Claude pass
Experience depth, domain match, seniority alignment, ownership model fit, and growth trajectory. Each dimension gets a score and a specific reason — not a vague summary.
05
One verdict. Three paths.

The output
Strong fit — your background maps directly. Apply now. Stretch fit — there's a gap, but it's closable. Here's how to position it. Mismatch — this role will frustrate you within 6 months. Here's why.
06
Your history persists. Patterns emerge.

Memory
Every evaluation is saved to your account. Over time you can see which role types you're consistently strong for, where you're repeatedly under-qualified, and which gaps are worth closing.
The two-pass architecture
1
Signal Extraction
Read the role the way a hiring manager reads it
The first pass ignores your background entirely. Claude reads the JD and builds a structured model of what the role actually requires — explicit requirements, implied seniority, domain assumptions, and the unstated things that make the difference between a shortlist and a rejection.
Output: Structured signal set — required depth, implied context, ownership model, growth stage, red flags in the JD itself.
2
Fit Analysis
Map your experience against what the role actually needs
The second pass takes Pass 1's signal set and maps your background against it dimension by dimension. The scores stay terse. The reasoning goes narrative — specific, named, honest about both the matches and the gaps.
Output: Five dimension scores, a gap analysis, the one thing that will get you shortlisted or screened out, and a final verdict with a positioning move.
Who it's for
The mid-career PM
5–12 years in, next move unclear
You know what you're good at. You're not sure how that maps to the roles you're seeing. ITTO tells you which ones are genuinely worth your time and which ones will waste the next 3 months of interviews.
The delivery-to-product pivot
Strong delivery background, targeting product
Your experience is real but it's framed wrong for product roles. ITTO identifies which of your delivery experience maps to product ownership — and which gaps you need to close or be honest about.
The selective applicant
Quality over quantity
You don't want to apply to 40 roles. You want to apply to 6 that are genuinely right. ITTO is the filter you run before you update your LinkedIn, update your CV, and invest in interview prep.
The career-aware leader
Director / Head of Delivery evaluating next level
You're not just looking for a new job — you're evaluating whether a role is the right next step in a deliberate career. ITTO tells you what the role requires at the level above, not just whether you meet the stated requirements.

Roadmap
From free tool to paid product
ITTO is the first in the PM series designed to generate revenue. The free tier gives you a taste. The paid tier is where the real depth lives.
  • Stripe integration — usage-based pricing, X free evaluations then paid
  • Pattern dashboard — which role types you're consistently right for
  • Interview prep module — given fit analysis, what to prepare
  • Connection to Career Bridge — translate ITTO gaps into CB positioning moves
